Let's face it, there are so many lawn care and landscaping companies out there. Why on earth would you choose us over our competitors??

I started this company because I want to change the way people experience lawn care and landscaping. I noticed a lack of professionalism in the industry. Mainly, people not showing up, doing what they said they would do, following through, and of course poor communication. The list goes on. 

With Landscapology, I set out to change all these things and more. 

My primary goal is total customer satisfaction and a job well done. I don't accept final payment until you are satisfied with the end result. 

We pick up the phone and will return text, voicemail and emails within 24-48 hours. No ghosting around here! You are the priority and good communication is something you can expect with Landscapology. 

The quality of the person working on your property matters as much to us as it matters to you. Every Landscapology team member wears the uniform everyday and is honest, friendly, helpful and a truly good person who has your best interest at heart. You wont see us in sleeveless shirts with a cigarette in one hand and a gas tank in the other (true story).

Integrity is a core value here at Landscapology. When we say were going to do something, we mean it, and we do it. This value is sacred to us and we will always use common sense and do the right thing no matter what. Things happen sometimes and when we make a mistake or mess something up, we bring it to your attention immediately, provide all possible solutions, and prioritize correcting the issue as soon as possible. We go out of our way for all of our clients to make sure the issue is resolved ASAP and that you are happy with the end result. If we need to, we will call one of our competitors to fix the issue, thats how serious we are about your satisfaction and the value of integrity.
